FEEL IT-
What we expect- This is an important day for you. So please make sure any decision making parties are present for this appointment. We want to know what hair brain ideas you've got up there. After all we might have a few. Have your pictures and notes handy so we can discuss your ideas and what expectations you have of us.
What you should expect from us- Our Consultant will greet you in a professional manner, and be ready to walk your space. We will discuss what options your home can give you with your remodel, and decide on what flow would work best for your everyday needs. We will bring samples baskets of our Design packages for you, should you choose to take advantage of our Designer value. Once we have come to an decision on layout, we will talk about our packages, insurance, and warranties to give you peace of mind that you have made the right choice in choosing Pierce + J.O.A.T.
If you have an unusual or large space we may need a little more time, but you should receive a job proposal, listing work and price, within 1 week from our consultation date.
CAPTURE IT-
What we expect- We will ask that you have confirmed a package, accepted the proposal, applied your down payment, and given us in written form any changes to the job order. We ask that you keep the lines of communication directed to the General Contractor that gave your consultation. This helps us perform with accuracy, with little confusion on your job site.
What you should expect from us- We here at Pierce + J.O.A.T are happy to say we have a live portal for our customers benefit. What is this? Your accepted proposal, job description, schedule (that can be adjusted in live time), along with photos that may assist us on your project, are all accessible to you with your own login. You can submit change request to an order (please review the timeline for change request) and see your current balance after each completion mark.
If you have received one of our Designer packages, then you will see your suggested aesthetic options pop up as they need to be made, allowing you to submit your choice with a simple click.
It is our goal to give you what you want with as much ease as possible. You have intentionally be given one general contractor on your job. This person is in charge of answering any questions you have throughout the process. You may also give feedback and concerns that need to be addressed before your projects end.
LIVE IT-
What we expect- We will expect that you are HAPPY... oh so HAPPY with your new home! We will want you to have any small items that need to be touched up, ready to add to your "Punch Out" list before job sign off. We will trust that you have set realistic standards for us to meet according to the job plan that was agreed upon.
What you should expect from us- "Punch Out"- Quality Control comprising of a list of items to be matched up to standard, and to your satisfaction. Every Job from Pierce + J.O.A.T receives a walk through with you before sign off. In most cases your General contractor will have already taped off any areas in your home that need some extra attention, but if you find one we have overlooked, you will add it to your "Punch out" to be taken care of before we require your last payment.
